We have received reports of fraudulent calls claiming to be from Members First, stating that your account requires action to protect your funds and credit cards. These calls are not legitimate. DO NOT provide any personal or account information.
Members First will NEVER ask for usernames, passwords, or verification codes over the phone.
If you receive such a call, please hang up immediately and report it to us at 850-434-2211. You can reach us during and outside of business hours for assistance with credit/debit cards.
