Wire Funds

WE’VE MADE SENDING A WIRE TRANSFER EASY.

Whether you’re sending or receiving funds from someone within the U.S. territories or abroad, Members First Credit Union provides a fast, secure and convenient method of getting your money where it needs to be through our wire transfer service.

 

Start the Wire Transfer Process

Start the transfer process by completing a Domestic or International Wire Transfer Form and providing it to us via fax or mail with Attn: Accounting Department.  You may also drop off the completed form to one of our branch locations.

Fax, mail, or drop it off and we'll
quickly process your request.*

Receive

Receiving funds to your Members First
account is a cinch. Provide the information
listed for Incoming Wire Transfers to the
Financial Institution sending the wire.

 

In order to begin the transfer process, you must follow the Wire Transfer Procedures and agree to the Funds Transfer Agreement. Failure to do so may delay approval of your wire transfer application.

*Our cutoff time is 12:30 p.m. (CST) for same day credit. For an International Wire the cutoff time is 10:30 a.m. (CST) and can take up to 10 days.

 

Domestic Wire Transfer

A domestic wire transfer is a transfer of funds within the U.S. states and territories.

Completed form must be submitted with a clear copy of the sender’s photo identification.

  • Fee: $15.00
  • Anticipated Receipt: 1–2 business days

 


 

International Wire Transfer

Prior to initiating a transfer, contact the intended payee to request their wiring instructions, thus limiting processing delays and helping ensure that funds reach their intended destination.

Completed form must be submitted with a clear copy of the sender’s photo identification.

  • Fee: $57.50
  • Anticipated Receipt: 5–10 business days

In order to receive a domestic or international wire transfer, the following information will need to be provided to the financial institution sending the wire:
