Members First Credit Union of Florida offers Visa Business Credit Cards and Line of Credit loans to member business account owners.

Features

• Variable rate credit card with rate changes possible monthly based on an Index plus a Margin
• Index will be the highest prime rate published in The Wall Street Journal “Money Rates” tables on the last day of publication in the calendar month preceding each Change Date
• Change Date will be on the next billing cycle statement following a change in the Index
• Maximum credit line of $15,000.00

Apply For A Members First Business Credit Card

Please bring the following items when you come to one of our Members First Credit Union of Florida locations to apply for a Visa Business Credit Card or Line of Credit loan:

• Valid Drivers License
• Valid Business License
• Taxpayer ID Number (either an Employee Identification Number [EIN] or a Social Security number [SSN] for a Sole Proprietorship)
• Corporation: Articles of Incorporation
• Partnership: Partnership Agreement
• Sole Proprietorship: Business/Occupational License and Fictitious Name Filing
• Limited Liability Co.: Articles of Organization or Operating Agreement
• Unincorporated: Minutes from the last business meeting noting the names of the authorized Trustees

Avoidable Fees

Late Payment:
$27.00 - First Occurrence
$37.00 - Subsequent Occurrence
Late Payments will be charged $27.00 for the first occurrence and $37.00 for any subsequent occurrence of the same type that occurred during the same billing cycle or during one of the next six billing cycles.

Returned Payment:
$27.00 - First Occurrence
$37.00 - Subsequent Occurrence
Returned Payments will be charged $27.00 for the first occurrence and $37.00 for any subsequent occurrence of the same type that occurred during the same billing cycle or during one of the next six billing cycles.

*NSF fee of $27.00 applies to all credit card programs.
