Delete Your Internet/Online/Mobile Banking Account
Your privacy and confidentiality are very important to Members First Credit Union of Florida. We delete all online profiles after completing your account closure. If you wish to have your Internet/Online/Mobile banking profile deleted, while keeping your Members First account open, please complete the form below.
Your information will be reviewed, and a Members First representative will contact you for further verification at the phone number provided within 3 business days.
Please note that when your account is deleted:
- You will no longer be able to log in to Internet/Online banking or the Members First mobile app.
- The following services will be cancelled/closed:
- Notifications (i.e. balance, large transactions, etc.)
- Internet/Online Bill payments and payee info
- Cross Member Transfers
- Scheduled/recurring transfers set up within online/mobile banking
- Mobile Check Deposit
- Card Management Services for debit and credit
- History for any of the above services
- Your Members First financial accounts and loans will remain open and unaffected. This form is only used for deleting your Internet/Online banking account.
