2. Waived Fees & Skip-A-PaymentWe understand that every penny counts during this difficult time. That's why we are committed to waiving certain fees for our members during this time. Please contact us to learn more about the fees we can waive.
Skip-A-Payment
If you're impacted by the government shutdown and would like to skip an upcoming loan payment, simply complete the authorization form below. Requests must be submitted on or before your scheduled payment date.
3. Financial CounselingIf you're feeling overwhelmed by your financial situation, we can provide you with resources and guidance to help you manage your finances during this time. We can also connect you with financial counselors who can provide one-on-one support.

Get one-on-one consultation to:
